We work exclusively with real cultured pearls, selected for their organic beauty and luminous depth.
Baroque & South Sea Pearls
Our baroque pearls are South Sea pearls cultivated in Australia, originating from large white-lipped oysters found in the waters of the South Pacific. These oysters are significantly larger than Akoya pearl oysters, allowing them to produce pearls of exceptional size and radiance.
South Sea pearls are formed when a round nucleus is carefully implanted into the oyster. Over time, the oyster coats this nucleus with layers of nacre, creating the pearl’s distinctive lustre. The longer the pearl remains in the water, the thicker and more luminous the nacre becomes.
Each pearl is entirely unique. Natural hues may include: Cream, Peach, Pink rose, Light yellow, Brown, Grey, Blue-white.
Small variations in colour, shape, and surface are natural and celebrated; they are a testament to the pearl’s organic formation and authenticity. Baroque pearls, in particular, may feature irregular or asymmetrical shapes that enhance their character and individuality.
Metal Components
We carefully select metal components to balance durability, aesthetics, and accessibility.
Clasps & essential findings are made from 14 carat gold-filled, chosen for its superior durability and resistance to wear compared to standard gold plating.
Extension chains are 3-micron gold-plated, allowing us to maintain quality while keeping our pieces accessible.
Charms and pendants are gold-plated or gold-gilded components, carefully curated for their design and harmony with each piece. These elements are selected as-is and incorporated into our designs.
All jewellery is assembled and finished by hand in Paris.

Avoid humid environments
Pearls are composed of nacre, a naturally soft material. Even though South Sea pearls have a thicker nacre layer, improper care may cause wear or flaking over time. Gentle handling will help preserve their lustre for years to come.
