Originally created for Cadence’s Jade Collection, The Strata Bag draws inspiration from the layered formations found in stone and minerals.
Its rhythmic lines echo the natural strata shaped over thousands of years, celebrating the quiet beauty of repetition, texture, and depth. Entirely hand-embroidered using traditional Lunéville and Aari embroidery techniques, each bead is individually stitched onto silk, allowing the design to emerge slowly, one stitch at a time.
No two bags are ever exactly alike. The natural variations in the gemstones make each piece truly one of a kind.
